THE BHAGAVAD GITA SIMPLIFIED.....IF FOLLOWED.......... ......LIFE WILL BE AMPLIFIED.........READ.....COME & JOIN ME.......AN OPEN INVITATION FROM......GOD SRI KRISHNA.................JK
Why do you worry without cause? Whom do you fear without reason? Who can kill you? The soul is neither born, nor does it die. Whatever happened, happened for the good; whatever is happening, is happening for the good; whatever will happen, will also happen for the good only
You need not have any regrets for the past. You need not worry for the future. The present is happening... What did you lose that you cry about? What did you bring with you, which you think you have lost?
What did you produce, which you think got destroyed? You did not bring anything, whatever you have, you received from here. Whatever you have given, you have given only here. Whatever you took, you took from God. Whatever you gave, you gave to Him. You came empty handed, you will leave empty handed.
What is yours today, belonged to someone else yesterday, and will belong to someone else the day after tomorrow. You are mistakenly enjoying the thought that this is yours. It is this false happiness that is the cause of your sorrows.
Change is the law of the universe. What you think of as death, is indeed life. In one instance you can be a millionaire, and in the other instance you can be steeped in poverty.
Yours and mine, big & small erase these ideas from your mind. Then everything is yours and you belong to everyone. This body is not yours, neither are you of the body. The body is made of fire, water, air, earth and ether, and will disappear into these elements. But the soul is permanent - so who are you?
Dedicate your being to God. He is the one to be ultimately relied upon. Those who know of his support are forever free from fear, worry and sorrow. Whatever you do, do it as a dedication to God. This will bring you the tremendous experience of joy and life-freedom forever.
Read This Honestly and Try to Implement the same, in your Day to Day Life........................YOU WILL REACH ME.........FEEL ME...... &........ TOUCH ME........
LORD SRI KRISHNA PARAMATHMA.

1. Drink 4 x 160 ml of water immediately after waking up, even before brushing teeth.
2. Now you can brush your teeth, but don’t eat yet anything for another 45 minutes.
3. After 45 minutes you may eat normally.
4. After eating breakfast, lunch and dinner do not drink or eat anything for another 2 hours.
5. Those unable from sickness or age to drink 4 glasses of water can gradually increase the content little by little each day.
6. People who practice this routine will cure above mentioned diseases and enjoy the full benefit of healthy life.

Warm water might feel soothing to people who suffer from gastrointestinal ailments, said Bonci, but there’s no evidence that warming water makes it easier for the body to absorb it.
No matter the temperature, drinking water has a positive impact on overall health.

EVERYTHING IS FREE IN ARMED FORCES....THE SOLDIERS DIE FOR FREE....................

EVERYTHING IS FREE IN ARMED FORCES....THE SOLDIERS DIE FOR FREE..................................
The issue is regarding Insurance for Serving Military Personnel.
Presently the monthly insurance premium is Rs 5000 for officers and Rs 2500 for JCOs for a sum assured of 50 lakhs and 25 lakh respectively, which is deducted from their salary.
The Mkt Rate for 'Normal Life Insurance' (without covering war and other risk of war and terror ops) for a ANNUAL premium of RS 4000 for a sum assured of Rs 1 crore.
The heavier premium paid by soldiers is about 220% higher than normal due to the additional war and terror risks.
Govt does not fund the Army Group Insurance Scheme at all and the soldiers not only risk their life for the country but also pay in cash for taking such risks.
The salaries of the officers who are posted to HQ AGIF to manage these activities are again paid from corpus raised from the salaries and not by the Govt. (The money is refunded to CDAs by AGIF)
In other countries like the USA,every soldier is insured regardless of rank for a monthly premium of 27 dollars for sum assured of 4 lakh dollars. This is made possible by the federal govt law by which the heavy premium is borne by the federal govt.
In India, we virtually and effectively ask the soldiers to risk their lives and also pay for it too.
SO YOU THOUGHT EVERYTHING IS FREE IN ARMED FORCES....YOU ARE VERY RIGHT ...THE LIVES PROTECTING YOU ARE FREE.....THEY PAY FROM THEIR SALARY FOR THEIR INSURANCE SHOULD THEY DIE PROTECTING YOU.
EVERYTHING IS FREE IN ARMED FORCES....THE SOLDIERS DIE FOR FREE

A CONSULTANT IS.........IS..........IS..

A CONSULTANT IS.........IS..........IS...........READ TO KNOW THE REALITY........................
A shepherd was herding his flock in a remote pasture when suddenly a brand-new BMW advanced out of a dust cloud towards him. The driver, a young man in a Brioni suit, Gucci shoes, Oliver Peoples sunglasses and YSL tie, leans out the window and asks the shepherd, “If I tell you exactly how many sheep you have in your flock, will you give me one?”
The shepherd looks at the man, obviously a yuppie, then looks at his peacefully grazing flock and calmly answers, “Sure. Why not?”
The yuppie parks his car, whips out his Apple notebook computer, connects it to his Verizon iPhone, surfs to a NASA page on the Internet, where he calls up a GPS satellite navigation system to get an exact fix on his location which he then feeds to another NASA satellite that scans the area in an ultra-high-resolution photo. The young man then opens the digital photo in Adobe Photoshop and exports it to an image processing facility in Hamburg, Germany. Within seconds, he receives an email on his iPhone that the image has been processed and the data stored. He then accesses a MS-SQL database through an ODBC connected Excel spreadsheet with hundreds of complex formulas. He uploads all of this data via an email on his iPhone and, after a few minutes, receives a response. Finally, he prints out a full-color, 150-page report on his hi-tech, miniaturized HP LaserJet printer and finally turns to the shepherd and says,
“You have exactly 1586 sheep.”
“That’s right. Well, I guess you can take one of my sheep.” Says the shepherd. He watches the young man selects one of the animals stuffs it into the trunk of his car.
“Hey, if I can tell you exactly what your business is, will you give me back my sheep?” The young man thinks about it for a second and then says, “Okay, why not?”
“You’re a consultant.” says the shepherd......“Wow! That’s correct,” says the yuppie, “but how did you guess that?”
“No guessing required.” answered the shepherd. “You showed up here even though nobody called you; you want to get paid for an answer I already knew; to a question I never asked; and you............. don’t know crap about my business.”

But with a POSITIVE Meaning....

May be  a NEGATIVE Thought.............But  with a POSITIVE Meaning....

Money can't buy happiness........Yet.................... its more comfortable to cry in a BMW than on a Bi-cycle..... Don't you all agree????

SWAMI SARANAM.......................Ponnambala Medu:-..............................

SWAMI SARANAM.......................Ponnambala Medu:-..............................

Is a summit in the Western Ghat mountain ranges of Pathanamthitta District, Perunad grama panchayat, Kerala, India. It is located near the Sabarimala Ayyappan temple,
where the annual Makaravilakku event is conducted in the presence of nearly half a million pilgrims annually.
Ponnambalamedu is derived from the Malayalam words Pon (gold), Ambalam (temple) and Medu (hill). The compound word is meant to refer to the hill of the golden temple.
Ponnambalamedu is located at a distance of 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) from the Sabarimala Ayyappan temple. The summit of the hill is at an altitude of 1,170 metres (3,840 ft) from sea level. The hill is in the Goodrickal range of the Ranni Forest Division and has been included as a part of the Periyar National Park, a tiger reserve.
Ponnambalamedu has been characterized as an ecologically sensitive area by forest officials in the region and has been identified as a critical habitat for tigers. The hill is also near the Kochupamba Power Substation, owned and operated by the Kerala State Electricity Board. The substation supplies electricity to the Sabarimala temple. Access to the peak of Ponnambalamedu is through an unpaved forest road controlled by local forest department authorities.
Historically, the summit of the hill was a place of worship for the local tribal population. The rituals of these tribes, most notably the lighting of Makaravilakku, were taken over by the Travancore Devasvom Board following higher number of pilgrims visiting Sabarimala. There are also reports stating that there was an Ayyappan temple at the summit of the hill which was maintained by local tribes. It was reported that these tribal people began the ritual of Makaravilakku by lighting large quantities of camphor and wood, and subsequently quenching the flame using a wet blanket three times at the time of the annual festival. After the takeover by the Devasvom Board, a platform for lighting the flame was constructed in the place of the temple.
Today the annual festival is held at the Ayyappan temple in Sabarimala in the month of January. A holy flame is lit at Ponnambalamedu to commemorate the religious event. The event of Makaravilakku at Ponnambalamedu is witnessed by nearly half a million people each year..............SWAMI SARANAM.

Live Like Water - with Grace, Ease . Determination......&....Humility

Live Like Water - with Grace, Ease . Determination......&....Humility.

Water is a great teacher that shows us how to move through the world with grace, ease, determination, and humility.

The journey of water as it flows upon the earth can be a mirror of our own paths through life. Water begins its residence on earth as it falls from the sky or melts from ice and streams down a mountain into a tributary or stream. In the same way, we come into the world and begin our lives on earth. Like a river that flows within the confines of its banks, we are born with certain defining characteristics that govern our identity. We are born in a specific time and place, within a specific family, and with certain gifts and challenges. Within these parameters, we move through life, encountering many twists, turns, and obstacles along the way just as a river flows.

Water is a great teacher that shows us how to move through the world with grace, ease, determination, and humility. When a river breaks at a waterfall, it gains energy and moves on, as we encounter our own waterfalls, we may fall hard but we always keep moving on. Water can inspire us to not become rigid with fear or cling to what’s familiar. Water is brave and does not waste time clinging to its past, but flows onward without looking back. At the same time, when there is a hole to be filled, water does not run away from it in fear of the dark, instead, water humbly and bravely fills the empty space. In the same way, we can face the dark moments of our life rather than run away from them.
Eventually, a river will empty into the sea. Water does not hold back from joining with a larger body, nor does it fear a loss of identity or control. It gracefully and humbly tumbles into the vastness by contributing its energy and merging without resistance. Each time we move beyond our individual egos to become part of something bigger, we can try our best to follow the lead of the river............The source of WATER ENERGY....that makes HUMAN ENEGY.

Please make it a point to sleep early............

The Fact of Melatonin....................

Please make it a point to sleep early............

That's how God has made us...
Sleep at night and work during the day...
Today please learn something new...
A natural cancer vaccine.

God placed in each and everyone of us a gland in our head called the Pineal gland.
It is considered to be the biological clock of the human body and
it is also connected to the sight nerve.
It is small like the size of a pea. Everyday after sundown this gland
starts producing a substance called Melatonin which runs in the
bloodstream and protects the body from cancer.

This gland works only in the dark so if the eye is exposed to light the
gland does not work because it thinks night has not come yet...
So if you stay up at night in the light, you are depriving
your body from this daily vaccine...

Our parents and grandparents who used to sleep early in the night and
wake up early in the morning did not suffer from cancer or
any of the disease we hear about today.

God has placed this daily vaccine in our body to protect us
so let's put it to use by sleeping early.

The gland starts working from after dark until two hours before sunrise !!!

Must read and share this miraculous physiology God
 designed inside men................and women ..........

GROWING OLD WITH GRACE......................................IS AS IMPORTANT AS LIVING WITH GRACE....................

Live in your own place to enjoy independence and privacy.

Hold on to your bank deposits and assets with yourself.
Don't depend only on your children's promise to care for you when you grow old as their priorities change with time.
Expand your circle of friends to include those who will outlive you.
Do not compare and expect nothing from others.
Do not meddle at all in the life of your children. Let them live THEIR own life, not yours.
Do not use old age as your shield and justification to demand care, respect, and attention.
Listen to what others say but think and act independently.
Pray, but do not beg, even from God. If at all, ask for his forgiveness..........And.............

TAKE GOOD CARE OF OWN HEALTH.

DWARAPALAKAS IN HINDU TEMPLES....................... .......

DWARAPALAKAS IN HINDU TEMPLES....................... .......

Dwarapalakas are sculptural representations of gatekeepers at the entrance of Hindu temples. Dwarapalaka resemble bhutas, or demons, with two big hands. They hold a mace or gada in one hand. They have protruding canine teeth.
Sometimes Dwarapalakas have four arms and they hold symbols associated with Shiva or Vishnu.
There are also female Dwarapalakas – they usually guard the entrance of shrines dedicated to Mother Goddess.
Some of the names of Dwarapalakas are Chanda, Prachanda, Jaya, Vijaya, Harabhadra and Subhadra.

Jaya and Viaya were the guards in Vaikunta. Due to curse, they were born on earth as demons.
The guards may be positioned in the second, third or fifth doorway that opens into the shrine.
In standing posture, the right leg of dwarapalakas is shown as placed straight on a pedestal, while the left one is slightly bent. Some of the other postures include:
  • With legs and back partly turned to the front.
  • Hands resting on the thigh which is bent in the shape of a plough
  • Both hands supporting the gates of a temple.
Description and stories of Dwarapalakas are found in Brahmanda Purana, Valmiki Ramayana and other Puranas.

The main role of the Dwarapalakas is keep Adharma out of the shrine.

Symbolically, a devotee has to overcome fear before entering the sanctum sanctorum of a temple. Dwarapalaka in the fierce form represent fear. One has to cross it to reach Supreme Truth.
