. Source Part I- "Life after Death by Swami Vivekananda IS THE SOUL IMMORTAL?
In the famous and great Sanskrit epic “MAHABHARATA”, the story goes like this, Dharma asked Yudishthira to tell what was the wonderful thing in the world? The reply came that it was the persistent belief of mankind in their own deathlessness in spite of their witnessing death everywhere around them almost every, moment of their lives. This is the most stupendous wonder in human life. In spite of all the arguments to the contrary urged in different times by different schools of thought, in spite of the inability of reason to penetrate the veil of mystery which will ever hang between the sensuous and the super sensuous world, man is thoroughly persuaded that he cannot die
We may study all our lives and in the end fail to bring the problem of life and death to the plane of rational demonstration, affirmative or negative. We may talk, write, preach or teach for or against the permanency or impermanency of human existence as much as we may like, may become violent or partisans of this side or that, may lull ourselves into a momentary rest under the delusion of having solved the problem once for all, may cling ourselves with all our powers to curious religious superstitions –but in the end we find ourselves playing an eternal game in the bowling alley of reason and rising intellectual pin after pin only to be knocked over again and again. Behind all these mental strain and stress, not infrequently productive of more dangerous results than mere games, stands a fact unchallenged or unchallengeable, the fact, the wonder, which the epic points out as the inability of our mind to conceive our own annihilation. Now before trying to understand what this curious phenomenon means, it is better to note that upon this one fact the whole world stands
The permanence of the external world is inevitably joined to the permanence of the internal and however plausible any theory of the universe may seem which asserts the permanence of the one and denies that of the other, the theorist himself will find that in his own mechanism not one conscious action is possible, without the permanence of both internal and external worlds being one of the factors in the motive cause. Although it is true that when the human mind transcends its own limitations, it finds duality reduced to an indivisible unity, on this side of the unconditioned, the whole objective world-that is to say, the world we know, is and can be alone known to us as existing for the object and therefore we would be able to conceive the annihilation of the subject we are bound to conceive the annihilation of the object so far it is plain enough. But now comes the difficulty. I cannot think of myself ordinarily as anything else but a physical body.
My idea of my own permanence includes my idea of myself as a body, but the body is obviously impermanent, as is the whole of nature a constantly vanishing one. Where, then, is this permanence? There is one more wonderful phenomenon connected with our lives, without which who will be able to live? Who will be able to enjoy life a moment?-
the idea of freedom.
This is the idea that guides each footstep of ours and makes our movement possible, determines our relations to each other-nay, is the very warp and woof in the fabric of human life. Intellectual knowledge tries to drive it inch by inch from its territory, post after post is snatched away from its domain and each step is made fast and iron bound with the rail-readings of CAUSE AND EFFECT. But it laughs at all our attempts and keeps itself above all these massive pile of law and causation with which we tried to smother it to death! How can it be otherwise?
The limited always requires a higher generalization of the unlimited to explain itself. The bound can only explained by the free, the caused by the uncaused. But again the same uncaused, again the same difficulty exist. What is free? The body or the mind ?It is apparent to all that they are as much bound by law as any thing else in the universe. The problem resolves itself into this dilemma:- i.e. either the whole universe is a mass of never ceasing change and nothing more, irrevocably bound by the law of causation, not one particle having a unity of itself, yet is curiously producing an ineradicable delusion of permanence and freedom or, there is in us and in the universe something which is permanent and free, showing that the basal constitutional belief of the human mind is not a delusion.
Now it is the duty of the science to explain facts by bringing them to a higher generalisation.Any explanation, that first want to destroy a part of the fact given to be explained in order to fit itself to the remainder, is not scientific, whatever else it may be. Therefore, any explanation that wants to over look the fact of this persistent and all necessary idea of freedom, commits the above mentioned mistake of denying a portion of the fact , in order to explain the rest is therefore wrong. The only other alternative possible then is to acknowledge, in harmony with our nature, that there is something in us which is free and permanent. But it is not the Body or the mind, as the body is dying every minute and the mind is constantly changing .The body is a combination and so is the mind and as such can never reach to a state beyond all change. But beyond this momentary sheathing of gross matter , beyond even the finer covering of the mind is the "Atman", the true self of man, the permanent and ever free. It is this freedom that his freedom percolating through layers of thought and matter, is ever asserting its unshackled existence, it is His deathlessness, His bliss, His peace, His divinity that shines out and makes itself felt in spite of the thickest layers of ignorance. He is the real man, the fearless one, the deathless one and he is free. Therefore freedom is possible only when no external power can exert any influence and produce any change. Freedom is only possible to the being that is beyond all conditions, all laws, all bondages of cause and effect. In other words the unchangeable alone can be free and immortal. This being the truth, this "Atman", this real self of man, the free, the unchangeable, is beyond all conditions and as such it has "neither birth nor death". Without birth or death, eternal ever existing is the "SOUL OF MAN" The answer to the? Is soul immortal? has now been explained
Now having known the Life after death let’s understand astral world’s life.
Part II
KNOW ABOUT ASTRAL World’s LIFE BEFORE REACHING THERE!
A recommended reading, for those who seek Love, Liking, Reality, Peace and Tranquility in mind in life.
Death is nothing but you leave your physical body in a mortal state, leaving this real world and commencing your fast journey towards astral world in the astral form. The mortal remain are either consigned to flames or buried under the earth according to one’s religious belief and faith following certain rituals. Therefore one has to accept the truth and understand the reality that the body (mortal remains) has been disposed off. Your journey from real world to astral world begins and you reach there in momentous pace
There is nothing to fear about it as it has to happen and will happen to everyone without any exception and be prepared to welcome it when it comes to you, with out any fear and stare. There is nothing to worry or fear in the astral world unlike real world. As a matter of fact one will find the astral world more beautiful and glorious than the real world. You enjoy a greater amount of freedom and confidence, nothing can hurt you, pierce you, water cannot drown you, fire cannot destroy you and you keep your body of LIGHT (SOUL) unobstructed by any objects. All that you have to do is realize this truth and have a glimpse at it at the realm of death. In this real world you were in real form and in the astral world you are in the astral form with a higher dimensions than the real world, with no pains, no diseases and with no yawn for gains and material possessions and attachments
. Astral world is a free world and you are at your will to move around freely without any hurdles and obstacles, as you are free from physical form. Life is eternal and there is no end to life. It only changes the outer form and the SOUL remains immortal and affirm but changes its attire after some years (cannot be precise) i.e., to say the SOUL reincarnates in different physical body. Now you may have a doubt as to why the soul has to undergo another real worldly incarnation?
The reasons are many and one of the main reasons is, the way one has lived his life in the real world. The soul enters the physical body of those who left the real world with unfulfilled desires. In the normal course, at the end of ones life span, the physical body becomes worn out and makes it incapable of sustaining life by illness, accidents etc. the mind becomes weary and unable to endure any longer and the BODY goes and the SOUL remains. Your reaching to astral world is very fast as already mentioned earlier and your experiences there will be based on the kind of life you have lived in the real world.
Those who lived a worldly life with too much of attachment and importance to sensual pleasures, sedations, evil acts etc.and thereby having lead a degraded life, will be put to a semi conscious state in the astral world and will remain there for a considerably longer period where he will not be aware of the glory, beauty, spirituality and freedom that exists there for enjoyment, and the semi conscious state will continue until he reincarnate again in a physical body and one who lead a good and descent life on the real world, rest in the astral world for a short while and becomes conscious of his astral self.
The astral body of every one is comprised of light and will emit light. If one is highly involved in Karma the light will be very brilliant and beautiful, if contrary the light will be dim. You must have observed, while you come across some people, have glittering and brilliant, face glowing with goodness with consciousness of God while some with dull, dim and dark face, this has nothing to do with the skin complexion, but got to do with the reflections of astral form, psychological and spiritual qualities a soul manifests under the conditions of the real world living. Now the question arises as to how long one will remain in the astral world?
This again depends upon individual and the kind of life he lived in the real world. In the real world, in order to feel totally rested some needs 3 hours of sleep, some 6 hours and some 8 hours and some even beyond that. The same principle is applicable at astral world too. Some needs a longer rest, some needs a short rest, and yet some needs a very short rest before they return to work to their material karma. It differs from individual to individual depending on their karma (THE RESULTS OF ACTIONS OF LIFE/ LIVING & THE THEORY OF INEVITABLE CONSEQUENCES OF LIFE/LIVING). and desires. Once the karmic time of an individual comes to an end and he started feeling of weariness and unfulfilled desires of real world and begins to pull his consciousness and he is ready to come back to the real world thorough some physical body and this is called RE-BIRTH and is attracted to a family compatible with his karma (The results of actions of past life in the real world) One takes re-birth into the real world with astral vibratory qualities according to divine laws by attracting the parents and families according to ones Karma and that of parents. Please remember “any thing you have in this world and everything you do not have in this world is not the result of any mistake of nature or punishment of God “ Each one of has been merited by our past behaviour and conduct in our living and makes us what we have now.
There fore it is imperative to follow the scriptures that say “Speak no evil, hear no evil and do no evil”- to condense all these three acts into one and to make it simple
‘Think no evil”
. It is not only for the benefit in this life but also for the lives to come and consider it as your investment for your own future. The two powerful forces in the world are Love and Hate-the expressions of duality. These are very strong in human life. If one has loved another deeply and purely these forces will draw the souls together again and will certainly meet again those who have loved deeply. It is natural to feel sadness over the loss of loved ones but one should not grieve irrationally. There is period for mourning, observe it. There are times to perform rituals perform it. Keep the astral body of the loved ones left you, happy and at peace with your act and conduct Life after death is a very vast subject to explain and are somewhat like endless, think for yourself, get into introspection daily and you will know the life and life after death in more details.
A quote on the subject to ponder over
“The skeptic says, “I will believe it when I see it”. The mystic says, “ I will see it when I believe it”
With LOVE
J.KANNAN
"Never take some one for granted, hold every person close to your heart and in esteem, because you might wake up one day and realise that you have lost a Diamond, while you were busy collecting stones." "Always be the reason for some one's happiness and never just be a part of it. Always be a part of some one's sadness, But never be the reason for it."

Duties of Parents &Son(s)
DUTIES OF PARENTS & SON(S).
READ THIS CONVENIENTLY WHEN TIME PERMITS.
The following two versus from “Tirukkural” sent to me by my son some months ago, made me to compile and write this post.
Verse 67 from Tirukkural.
“Tantai makarkuarrum nanri avaiyattu Munti yiruppac ceyal”
English Translation:-
The good which a father can do to his son is, so to prepare him for a prominent role in the assembly of learned.A father’s first duty is to train his son to fit into a pre-eminent place in society. The stress is on education and culture. Only by these standards, will his position in the society of earned men be determined. That is the reason why the Sangam ;poetess Ponmudiar said and spelt out the quintessence of all virtue, born of education, culture and good behavior, and it was the father’s duty and responsibility to train the son to that state.
Verse 70 from Tirukkural:
Makantantaikku arum utavi ivan tantai Ennoran kolenum col.”
English Translation:-
The way of showing filial devotion is to make others exclaim within the hearing of the father
“What penance the father must have performed to be-get such a son.”A son’s duty to the father is to behave and conduct in such a way, the people who look on his exploits praise his father for his penance in siring such a son
..
I give preference, priority and importance towards duties, responsibilities and also, holding of relationship intact. The essence and theme of the article may be viewed towards Relationship and
affinity between Parents & Son(s).
The contents of this article are from a book with a strange origin with interesting outcome. The book was written by an ancient Brahmin, to this date no one knows who he was. The book was discovered in Tibet and was translated into English by an author residing in China and made its first appearance in 1751 in England. The contents of the book are exhilarating. What's being written below is only some extracts from the book. (I have edited, to make it as short as
possible)
The uniqueness and importance of the book is in the simple and lucid manner in which it explains the "DUTY OF PARENTS TO THEIR CHILDREN AND OF CHILDREN TOWARDS THEIR PARENTS" who have brought them up so well in life.
DUTIES OF FATHER TO SON:-
Consider, thou art a parent, the importance of thy trust the being thou has produced it is thy duty to
support.Upon thee also it depends whether the child of thy bosom shall be a blessing or a curse of thyself, a useful or a worthless member of the community. Prepare him early with instruction, and season his mind with the maxims of truth.Watch the bend of his inclination, set him right in
his youth and let no evil habit gain strength with his years. So shall he rise like a cedar on the mountains, his head shall be seen upright above the trees of the forest. A wicked son is a reproach to his father, but he that does right is an honour to his grey hair. The soil is your own, let it not want cultivation, the seed which you sow shall you reap.
1. Teach him obedience, and he shall bless thee.(here the word bless has different meaning and time and growth will automatically put you to understand)
2.Teach him modesty, and he shall not be ashamed.
3. Teach him gratitude, and he shall receive benefits.
4. Teach him Charity, and he shall gain Love.
5. Teach him temperance, and he shall have health.
6. Teach him prudence and fortune shall attend him.
7. Teach him justice, and he shall be honoured by the world.
8. Teach him sincerity and his own heart shall not reproach him.
9. Teach him diligence, and his wealth shall increase.
10. Teach him benevolence, and his mind shall be exalted.
11. Teach him Arts & science, and his life shall be useful.
12. Teach him religion, and his death shall be happy& peaceful.
DUTIES OF A SON TO HIS FATHER:-
From the creatures of the God, let man learn wisdom and apply to himself the instruction they give.
Go to the desert, my son, observe the young stork of the wilderness, and let him speak to thy heart. He beareth on his wings his aged sire; he lodged him in safety and supplied him with food. The piety of a son is sweeter than the incense of Persia offered to the SUN, yea, more delicious than
the odours wafted from a field of Arabian spices by the western gales.
BE GRATEFUL TO PARENTS:-
Be grateful, to thy father, for he gave thee life, and to thy mother, for she sustained thee. Hear the words of his mouth. For they are spoken for your good, give ear to his admonition, for it proceeds
from Love.He has watched for your welfare, he has toiled for your cause, do honour, to his age and let not his grey hair be treated with irreverence.Forget not your helpless infancy nor the forwardness
of your youth, and indulge in infirmities of your aged parents, assist and support them in the DECLINE OF THEIR LIFE.So shall their hoary heads go down to the grave in peace, and your own children, in reverence of your example, shall repay your piety with filial Love.
Very many years ago, similar ideas have been expressed by our saints. Tiruvalluvar in Tirukkural wrote:-"The gratefulness reciprocated by son to his father to be expressed by others in such a manner that they say-what amount of penance he had done to get such a
virtuous son." How happy the parents would be, when such noble children perform ritualistic functions in honour of their parents in Vedic style and reciprocate their sincerity and gratitude.
PS: Performance of ritualistic functions for parents is quite elaborate, hence ‘am not including in this post. If any reader(s) interested to know about it I shall comply with upon hearing from readers.

Ten Classical Restraints
What Are the Ten Classical Restraints?
Hinduism's ethical restraints are contained in ten simple precepts called yamas. They define the codes of conduct by which we harness our instinctive forces and cultivate the innate, pristine qualities of our soul.
The yamas and niyamas are scriptural injunctions for all aspects of thought and behavior. They are advice and simple guidelines, not commandments. The ten yamas, defining the ideals of charya, are:
1) ahimsa, "noninjury," do not harm others by thought, word or deed;
2) satya, "truthfulness," refrain from lying and betraying promises;
3) asteya, "nonstealing," neither steal nor covet nor enter into debt;
4) brahmacharya, "divine conduct," control lust by remaining celibate when single, leading to faithfulness in marriage;
5) kshama, "patience," restrain intolerance with people and impatience with circumstances;
6) dhriti, "steadfastness," overcome nonperseverance, fear, indecision and changeableness;
7) daya, "compassion," conquer callous, cruel and insensitive feelings toward all beings;
8) arjava, "honesty," renounce deception and wrongdoing;
9) mitahara, "moderate appetite," neither eat too much, nor consume meat, fish, fowl or eggs;
10) shaucha,"purity," avoid impurity in body, mind and speech. The Vedas proclaim, "To them belongs yon stainless Brahma world in whom there is no crookedness and falsehood, nor trickery."

Origin of Puri Jaganath Temple.
Origin of Puri Jagannath Temple
Lord Krishna, who appears as Jagannatha at Puri, is believed to have directly played a role in the origin of the temple. Also in the unique wooden idol that is worshipped in the Puri Jagannath Temple. Puri is also known as Purushottamkshetra and archaeologists date the present shrine at 1198 A.D.
King Indradyumna who ruled Puri, during the medieval age, had obtained all the worldly success and now he wanted to create something that would make his name immortal. Finally, the King decided to build a magnificent temple. But he was not sure to whom it should be dedicated.
Soon Indradyumna had a dream in which he had a vision of blue image of Krishna or Madhava. He saw a finely carved statue of Jagannatha in a cave shrine on a hill but the king could not identify the place.
King then sent out his forces to find the cave shrine. After a prolonged search, a soldier discovered the hidden cave shrine and the idol and it belonged to a devotee named Viswasu. The soldier found out that Viswasu will never part with the idol, so he stole it from the cave and gave it to the king.
Viswasu’s devotion was unparalleled. Lord Krishna could not see the sad plight of his devotee and returned to the cave.
Indradyumna was saddened and since he was a pious ruler and a true devotee, Lord Krishna agreed that the king will be presented with a unique idol provided that he completed the intended temple.
The construction of the temple began in earnest and when it was completed, Krishna appeared before the king and asked him to go to the sea where he will find a log (wood) floating. The king did find the log but was unable to lift it, neither was his army capable of lifting it.
Finally, Viswasu, the devotee of Krishna, hearing about the difficulty in lifting the log decided to try his luck and he was able to lift it like a feather. Once again proving that Jagannatha, the lord of the Universe, will reward his true devotee.
The wood was ready but none of the artisans were ready to carve the unique image of Jagannatha. They did not know how to make use of the log.
Finally, an old man appeared and agreed to carve the wood. He will make three idols from the log that of Lord Jagannath, his brother Balaram and sister, Subhadra. But he has some conditions, he should be given three weeks and no one should see the images that he is carving before completion.
Indradyumna agreed but his Queen was not impressed by the conditions. The old man started his work but the inquisitive queen was strictly following what was happening but did not have the courage to take a look in the workshop.
One day during her routine checking, the queen did not hear any sound from the workshop and decided to take look. The moment she peeped into the workshop, the old man vanished into thin air. Later, the queen realized that the old man was Krishna himself and he had come to carve the unique idol for the King as promised.
The King was happy with the unfinished idols and proceeded to install the idol at the new shrine. From that day onwards, Krishna is worshipped as Lord Jagannath at Puri.

Pancha Bootha Shiva Temples-Shivalingams of Natural Elements.
Pancha Bhootha Shiva Temples – Shivalingams of Five Natural Elements.
Panchabhootha stalams are five ancient temples in India where Lord Shiva is represented in the form of five elements – earth, water, fire, air and ether. In these five temples, linga or lingam which symbolically represents Lord Shiva is in the form of elements. Ether is known as ‘akasha’ in Sanskrit and is occasionally referred as Sky or Space while referring to the Pancha Mahabhoothas.
The five temples that represent Shiva in the form of five elements are:
Earth – Ekambaranatha Temple or Ekambareswarar Temple in Kanchipuram – Shivalingam here is the element earth. The Shiva Lingam here is believed to have been created by Goddess Parvati from sand or earth.
Water – Jambukeshwar Temple or Thiruvanaikaval Shiva Temple in Srirangam – Jambukeshwara represents the element water. The deity is found under a Jambu tree over a small river. The small stream engulfs the idol during the rainy season.
Fire – Arunachaleswara Temple or Annamalaiyar Temple at Thiruvannamalai – Arunachaleswara or Shiva represents the element fire here. Shiva here is in the form of Lingodabhava Murti, the column of fire, which appeared before Vishnu and Brahma.
Air – Sri Kalahasti Temple at Kalahasti in Andhra Pradesh – Vayu Linga represents the element air or wind here. The element air is evident by a continuous flame which flickers when there is no air source in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple.
Ether – Nataraja Temple at Chidambaram – Shiva is represented as ether or sky in an empty space within the sanctum sanctorum. (In Nataraja Temple, Shiva is represented in three forms Nataraja, Crystal Linga form and as Nishkala (ether) in Chidambara Rahasyam.)

A Piece of Action.
A piece of the action
Meaning
A share in an activity, or in its profits.
Origin
'A piece of the action' has an unambiguously American flavour. It
brings to mind images of gangster movies with Jimmy Cagney and the
like demanding 'hey, gimme a pieca da action'. When the Star Trek
franchise opted for a mobster themed episode in 1968 they called it 'A
Piece of the Action'. It isn't essentially a US phrase though and
tracing its genesis takes us well outside the USA and into a history
of finance.
In the early 1600s, the Dutch came upon an interesting trading
innovation - the company. Until then, the spice trade had been
profitable but small scale, with spices being brought back from 'the
Indies' (broadly what we now call Asia) along the tortuous Spice Road
on pack horses. The high price of spices encouraged entrepreneurs to
build ships to bring the spices back in larger quantities. There was
big money to be made, but the large capital cost of building a fleet
and the threat of loss from pirates made it too risky a venture for an
individual investor; so, in 1602, they formed a company - the Dutch
East India Company.
Dutch citizens were invited to invest in the company, which had been
given exclusive trading rights to half the world and tax-free status
back home. Profits were huge and the clamour to invest was intense.
Dirck Bas Jacobsz, one of the company's founders, was instrumental in
managing the joint ownership by offering what were then called in
Dutch 'acties' or, in English, 'actions'. These were certificates that
promised a share in any future profits of the company and what, not
unnaturally, came later to be called share certificates. These shares
were often purchased by groups rather than individuals. What each of
these good citizens had bought was literally 'a piece of the action'.
The term 'action', which continued to be used in that context well
into the 19th century, was first recorded in English in John Evelyn's
Diary, published between 1641 and 1706:
"African Actions fell to £30, and the India to £80."
'A piece of the action' is certainly a 20th century American phrase.
Despite its 1930s mobster overtones, the first use of it that I can
find is in the 1957 film Monkey on My Back:
"You want a piece of my action, Sam?"
The 'action' in the phrase means 'a share in an activity; an
opportunity'. It is doubtful that whoever coined it in 1950s America
knew the history of the Dutch East Indies Company but, knowingly or
not, it was the Dutch 'acties' that were the source of that meaning of
'action'.

Its all about Leadership
It is all about Leadership
I would like to begin the subject with a quote and hopefully believe it has some relevance to leadership.
“Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared to believe that something inside them was superior to circumstance.”
Leaders should perceive rightly if they wish to lead effectively and efficiently. In other words- What you sow, so you reap.”- Therefore sow right seeds and reap right harvest.
Some people have a pre-conceived notion that Leaders are made-up of desires only and not of actions. But the truth is, as is his (Leader) desire, so is his will, as his will so is his deed. He does as per his deed, A Good leader’s perception is truly a powerful tool. As a matter of fact an effective leader perceives things differently from the rest. As opportunities comes in many forms and channels, it’s for the leader to avail the moment and perceive the opportunity- Never give scope in becoming victims of circumstances –that’s not leadership.
The word perception origins from the Latin word “perception” , means “receiving, collecting, action of taking possession, apprehension with mind or senses”. Thereby it goes without saying that all of us gather perceptual information about various matters, interact with in our mind and express it through our actions. Therefore perceptual information is critical and any deficiency in the perceptual thinking will end in incorrect/insufficient actions, leading to obstacle to success.-to put it as a quote:-
“Success is a matter of perception as well reflection.”
What many consider being success (unrealistic) can leave one to feel frustrated and disgusted and the reasons could be due to wrong perceptions and the results of its reflections, and succumbing to unnecessary and avoidable pressures arising out of such perceptions and reflections. It is therefore advised and desired to view things from other’s point of view too before coming to any conclusions.- A good leader should possess the qualities to view things from others point of view and always accepts his is not only the view and the whole view.
Every one at some point of their lives inevitably will face adversities- See it as a polishing stone to polish you and make you shine rather than viewing it with negative aspects,as its not going to help a person in any way whatsoever- Learn to handle such situation with a “Leader like Quality” and this again depends upon how your perceive matters. I shall site few examples and have absolute belief in these real life examples-
1.Beethoven composed his great works after becoming DEAF
2.Sir Walter Raleigh wrote the history of the world during a 13 year of imprisonment.
3.Columbus did not turn back, in spite of constant adversities, he faced but he endured it.
4.Abraham Lincoln achieved greatness and exhibited his wisdom during g the devastation of the civil war.
Always bear in mind the following fact:-
“Every one of us are blessed with the ability to succeed in life and reach our mission, yet at times our own imperfection, inadequacies, flaws, set-backs, obstacles etc., that we come across causes us to create unwanted pressure on ourselves giving way to a sort of helplessness situation- It’s wrong, Mind you, your thoughts and perceptions are sharper and mightier than the platinum edged sharp Sword. Dear perceiving things positively by all means will bring out Success, but if it is otherwise (negatively) will guarantee failures.
To be a Good Leader means, To have absolute belief “I can do it” & “I will do it”.(Late) John F Kennedy, the former president of United States was an excellent examples of a Good Leader and its because of his right perception and belief that man could for the first time put his foot on the moon.
John F Kennedy said, while addressing the nation on one occasion “Some look at the moon and ask why? I look at the moon and ask Why not?.
See the amount of unmatching perception and belief he had in him and that really worked out. With such kind of strong perception and belief one can convert” Impossible into Possible”- One of the finer qualities of Leadership.
It is often said to kindle, Leaders:-
1. What you perceive, accordingly you think.
2. What you think, accordingly you act,
3. The way you act, you behave
And
4. The way you behave defines and shapes your character to be a Good Leader.
In other words, “What you sow, so you reap” and keeping this in mind, it is said:-
"Winners look for only opportunities while losers look for only excuses."
“POWER OF BELIEF& POWERFUL BELIEF” That’s Colin Powell
Mr. Oran Harari in his recent book on" Leadership Secrets of Colin Powell "has mentioned:-
Optimism is a force multiplier. The ripple effect of a leader’s enthusiasm and optimism is awesome, so is the impact of cynicism and pessimism. i.e. the power of one’s belief and ability to communicate that belief to influence is simply awesome.
Few more leadership tips before I wind up this writing:-
Opt:-
To see opportunity instead of catastrophe
Perceive and see things carefully and positively.
To choose to believe in the impossible in order to experience “All that is possible.”
AND
"The man who wins is the man who “thinks-He can & He Will"- A Good Leader- who can turn out similar leaders for future."

Restoration of International values..................
Restoration of International Values for peace, prosperity and well-being of the world people.
Please understand that ethical & transparent cohesion is the spinal chord of intrinsic unity and strength amongst and between nations and its people
Ethical and clean patriotism alone empowers us to transcend customary and elegant diversities and accomplish International goals towards peace and prosperity. This bond, forged by values, inspiration, ethics, transparency& good conduct, is what we have to enthrone in our people in power, rules and governs their countries, to reinforce the countries and march forward with invincible confidence & unshakeable strength towards economical growth, financial stability and prosperity.
Economic growth is bound to be shallow, even destructive, unless anchored to a stable foundation of inner values, ensuring the welfare of all beings as well as our planet. It is a matter of great concern that our society is marked by alarming value deterioration& erosion of ethical conduct and practices resulting in social evils, helplessness among citizens, corruption and environmental peril- an alarming situation calls for immediate rectification by correction of existing flaws, by selfless devotion, care and attention void of ulterior motives and vested interests by the people in power and position, governing and ruling their nations-‘am sure if this is practiced and implemented, peoples unstinted support will be behind all the rulers. Try and implement- we are already late- but, better late than never. Let all the people of the world live in” PEACE and not in PIECES.”
Always remember, the democracy and its true values are governed and protected by the highest principles as referred to by Abraham Lincoln at the conclusion of his famous speech at Gettysburg in the year 1863 “Government of the people, by the people and for the people shall not perish from this earth.”
-Even after nearly nearing a centaury and half we haven’t made any progress to retain this principles- which at the moment stands to be:-
“GOVERNMENT OFF THE PEOPLE, BUY THE PEOPLE AND FAR OFF THE PEOPLE-“a dangerously alarming situation calls for to be set right on a war footing.
J.K
