Nothing is permanent............Therefore, Don’t stress yourself too much because no matter how bad the situation is…........It has to change and it will change........Please learn to say "NO" without feeling guilty.....as setting boundaries is healthy for you. You need to learn to respect and take care of yourself...............The past should be parceled and left in the past, or else it may destroy your future. Live your life for what tomorrow has to offer....and.... not for what yesterday has taken away..............&..............Sometimes the best thing you do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe, and have faith that everything will work out for the best............FOR YOU.
