 WE BREATHE TO THINK"

keep your body to BEAT THE HEAT...... 30 Foods that beat the heat......

Read and abide by this to keep your body to BEAT THE HEAT......
30 Foods that beat the heat......
1 Cardamom (Elaichi).
Look no further than your cup of elachi chai for an instant cooldown. Cardamom, an original Indian spice, is commonly used in Ayurveda for almost any ailment from halitosis to digestion and has wonderful detoxifying properties to effectively cool down even the most hot-headed days. Africa, jealous much?
2. Peaches.
Dried peaches are advisable for those who are anaemic and over-fatigued," says New Delhi-based nutritionist, Dr Sonia Kakar. They also fight high cholesterol. Eat them with the skin for breakfast to get your requirement of vitamin A, vitamin B2 and potassium and everything will be just peachy!
3. Apricot.
If you're prone to skin breakouts or acne in the summer, apricot's your man.. err fruit. "They provide the body with iron, vitamin C, potassium and fibre," says Dr Kakar. Pack a handful to the gym and enjoy them as a great pre- or post-workout snack.
4. Mango.
Skip Katrina's aamsutra adverts and focus on the real fruit. Chilled mangoes are the juiciest way to cool off, but if you're looking for a bit of spice, try this: Unripe mangoes are a rich source of pectin and when steamed and juiced with cumin (jeera) and salt, they provide an excellent remedy for heat strokes and exhaustion in summers.
5. Butter milk.
Butter milk can kick diet soda's ass. "It is one of the healthiest bracers in hot summer months as it is the residue left behind after the fat in milk has been churned to produce butter," says Mumbai based nutritionist Niti Desai. Glug a glass a day to avoid dehydration and avoid digestion issues.
6. Watermelon.
There's a reason this fruit holds a lot of water to its name: Super-sized and super-packed with nutritional goodies such as iron, potassium, beta carotene and vitamin C, watermelon has 95 per cent water content. "It also helps treat kidney, bladder and digestive problems and can be drunk as juice or directly eaten," says Desai.
7. Corn.
Nothing elevates work stress more than a malfunctioning air conditioner. So pop some corn. It's a good source of pantothenic acid, which provides vitamin B to lower stress levels. Dr Kakar recommends boiling corn for a snacker or a lunch takeaway as it lowers cholesterol levels and is high in essential carbs.
8. Soybeans.
Traditional Chinese medicine proves soybeans are great natural coolants. "Rich in protein, they help prevent nasty summer colds," says Dr Kakar. Add some to caramel custards, kheer or payasam to lower bad cholesterol levels. Soy far, Soy cool!
9. Oyster.
Even if the world's not your oyster, make this shellfish a part of your summer meals. Already established as an aphrodisiac, oysters contain phytochemicals that wipe out the toxins that encourage sweating. But heed these pearls of wisdom: They're best consumed fresh and should not be bought from stores where they're sold in bags and bowls.
10. Gooseberry (Amla).
Eat enough and this gooseberry might give you goosebumps instead of sweat stains. "Not only is amla a great refresher, it'll also reverse the ageing effects of the strong Indian sun and give you added stamina for gym sessions," says Ritika Samaddar, dietician, Max Healthcare. "It strengthens the heart, hair and different glands in the body, as well and can be drunk at any time of the day."
11. Grapefruit.
Here's a reason to pick up some grapefruit instead of the classic orange: Its low sodium content and high fat-blasting enzymes help aid weight loss. This 18th century hybrid fruit also sports high concentrations of reservatrol, a compound that boasts of anti-aging, anti-cancer and anti-inflammation properties. Its high water content will keep you hydrated throughout the hot summer months.
12. Muskmelon.
Nothing beats this lady's melons-we mean Mother Nature, not Pam Anderson. "Muskmelon's high water content helps prevent heatrelated disorders," says Samaddar. Freeze muskmelon cubes and blend with milk, OJ and sugar for a summer drink.
13. Bananas.
Spicy lunches giving a heart burn as hot as hell? Have a banana split minus the ice cream and chocolate sauce. The potassium content in this summer fruit has a cooling effect on the stomach and also aids in digesting that hot butter chicken curry. It also cuts stress levels, so munch one if you've got a heavy deadline coming up.
14. Capsicum.
Cap off summer lethargy with capsicum-it is excellent for cardiovascular health and lowering BP levels. It also up metabolism levels and is a great aid in the war against weight gain. Last, but not least, it helps fight off diabetes, a disease has that been on the up, especially for Indian men.
15. Mushroom.
Vegetarians can now breeze through their protein content with some fungi. Mushrooms are a great source of selenium, animal protein and contain zero cholesterol and fats. They're also low on carbs, so chop some up in your sandwiches and give the meat a rest!
16. Asparagus.
The French hit the nail on the head-Asparagus in French is asperge, which is slang for 'penis'. Not only does it have a phallic structure, "it also contains high levels of folic acid and calcium that can help reduce birth defects,"says Samaddar. Try to have these stems steamed so they don't lose flavour and vitamins.
17. Bottle gourd (Lauki).
Here's to gourd health! If your stomach piping is facing some stoppage due to water shortage, eat some lauki--easy to digest, it is effective against constipation and other digestive disorders to have your plumbing up and running in no time! It also delays premature greying in all areas.
18. Sugarcane.
Sink your teeth into a juicy stem to fight off post-lunch sleepiness when the sun is at its fi ercest. Not only does its high sugar content provide a great energy boost, it also helps strengthen the gastrointestinal system. A glass of sugarcane juice is enough to fortify a meal skipped at any time during the day.
19. Apple.
An apple a day and you know what they say… Not only do apples help fortify hydration levels, they are also an excellent source of fibre and iron. "Don't peel the skin away; it contains six times more antioxidants than the flesh!" warns Dr Kakar.
20.. Lychee (Litchi).
"We don't realise it, but the fluctations in temperature between day and night in summer are a major cause of low energy levels," says Dr Kakar. "This in turn opens the body to a host of diseases and aches, all of which can be overcome by eating lychees"- high in water content, they are a powerful coolant and also help prevent internal blood clots and severe cell damage. Lychees have also been proven to reduce strokes to up to 50 per cent in heart patients," adds Dr Kakar.
21. Lemonade.
Adage or not, lemonade or nimbu paani, is still one of the healthiest and most refreshing summer drinks from the time of your grandparents and beyond. Freshly prepared, this coolant lowers your risk of cancer and heart diseases and helps cure respiratory problems. Sip through a straw to avoid damaging your teeth-its acidic properties can ruin the outer enamel.
border=0
22. Tuna Fish.
There's nothing fishy about this study: Eating tuna five or more times per week can reduce risk of heat strokes by 52 per cent. It also contains essential omega-3 fatty acids and is easily available. Stick to the fresh variety over the tinned as it has better nutrition value, which is lost when the fish is canned.
23. Pomegranate.
If you're looking to get ripped, swig a glass of pomegranate juice post your workout. The reason: Excessive sweating in the gym during the summer retards the muscle-recovery process due to lack of fluids. Pomegranates aid muscle recovery, so make 'em your little red pills to stronger pillars and steer clear of nasty steroids.
24. Cucumber.
The phrase "cool as a cucumber" is not without merit-this vegetable's high water content reduces heat and inflammation. Adding a crunchy cool cucumber to your salads is a good way to increase your fibre intake as it comes naturally prepackaged with the extra fluid you need when consuming more fibre."Grind cucumber and add mint leaves for a refreshing drink," suggests Samaddar.
25. Raspberries.
We're not asking you to buy that flavour of lip balm, just eat the real thing to avoid heat stroke. Raspberries are also high in beta-carotene and work well for the convalescent, over-fatigued or depressed . Sub sugar with fresh raspberries in a creamy millet porridge for a naturally sweetened breakfast treat.
26. Olives.
The health benefits of olives are not Greek to you. Born of the Mediterranean basin (where people are reputed to live the longest) olives are easy to digest and therefore, ideal for warding off summer diseases. "They help strengthen the immune system and also lower blood pressure," says Samaddar says." Add finely chopped olives to your favourite tuna or chicken salad recipe to add flavour."
27. Basil.
Fresh juice from basil leaves acts as a natural cleanser and sunscreen for your face. (Drink it, don't smear it over your face and roam the streets like a weird alien.) The easiest way to eat these leaves is just add them as garnishing to a pizza, soups and curries or throw them in a stir-fry.
28. Coconut.
"Coconut helps protect the body from harmful free radicals that promote premature ageing and degenerative diseases. It relieves stress on the pancreas, therefore reducing symptoms associated with pancreatitis," adds Dr Kakar. Freshen up with a glass of coconut water to stay hydrated and younger, longer.
29. Mint (Pudina).
An online research and an organic living guide, The Global Centre, found that mint can be the best remedy for bad breath. It can also serve as a cooling spice, especially in the dog days of summer. Add mint to your salad or beverage, such as tea or lemonade, to add that extra cooling effect to your taste buds.
30. Papaya.
Even John Abraham's good looks can be dimmed by summer sweat on his mug. But it's papaya to the rescue for you-its vitamin E content minimises the formation of wrinkles and delays the ageing process. The papain enzyme works as a great skin renewal agent by removing dead skin and revealing fresh, glowing skin. Already headed to the grocer's, aren't you?

7 Steps to Break Your Sugar Addiction!....PLEASE READ & ABIDE BY....

7 Steps to Break Your Sugar Addiction!....PLEASE READ & ABIDE BY....

Most of us are aware that sugar is not the best substance to load into our body, but many of us struggle with breaking free from it - many of us are even addicted to it.
In fact, one study found that a greater neurological reward was provided by intense sweetness than by cocaine. Similar findings are also made when we look at withdrawal from sweetness as well, indicating that weaning off sugar may cause the same neurological symptoms as withdrawing from alcohol, nicotine, and morphine.

Additionally, we all face the reality that sugar is readily available in our food as a cheap fix for our cravings, 24 hours a day, in thousands of different venues and forms. Furthermore, we often use sugar as a reward and it’s the main food substance during celebrations.

So, given these studies and the vast availability of sugar, is there any hope for us? Can we really break free from the chains of our sugar addiction? The answer is yes, and it doesn’t include admitting yourself to a rehab facility for six weeks. The start of your sugarless healing can come in the shape of seven easy steps:

Step 1: Don’t replace real sugar with artificial sugar.
In an attempt to provide us all with the sweetness we crave without the excess calories we dread, companies created artificial sweeteners. The first, saccharin, was discovered in the 1870s by a scientist at John Hopkins University.
He wasn’t actually trying to come up with a way to sweeten our foods, he was working on coal tar derivatives and some white substance spilled onto his hand. Later that evening, when he was eating dinner, some of the substances transferred to a roll, making it exceptionally sweet. After this fateful contamination, the world of food has never been the same.

Artificial sweeteners have been blamed for a lot of things that ail us – but more recently, their effect on our ability to lose weight has come into focus. As it turns out, a lack of calories doesn’t always mean a lack of consequences. A study published in the journal Diabetes Care back in 2013 found that artificial sweeteners can actually alter the way the body metabolizes sugar.

A 2008 study found that rats which were given artificial sweeteners ate more calories throughout the day and gained weight as a result. The researchers carrying out this study found that the ingestion of artificial sweeteners essentially caused confusion between the gut and the brain. The author of the study stated that, “sweet foods provide a salient orosensory stimulus that strongly predicts someone is about to take in a lot of calories. Ingestive and digestive reflexes gear up for that intake but when false sweetness isn’t followed by a lot of calories, the system gets confused. Thus, people may eat more or expend less energy than they otherwise would.”

While these studies give incentive from a weight loss approach to kick the fake sugar habit, it’s what artificial sweeteners are doing to your sugar-laden diet that is most concerning for a sugar addict. Why? Studies show that replacing regular sugar with artificial sweeteners is like kicking your cigarette habit by switching to cigars. You’re still getting the sweetness you crave, so you’re not really taking away that sweet taste which is damaging your health. If you stick to a no-sugar plan, your cravings for sweetness will eventually stop.

Step 2: Start an exercise regimen and add milk to your diet.

Inline image
Eating a lot of sugar has been shown to enhance reward mechanisms in the brain, thus making it hard to break the habit. For example, rats that were given sucrose wanted more of it and self-fed with it if it was available in their cage. This really is no different to an individual who keeps candy bars and cookies in their home or office desk. If it’s there, and you have a preference for it, there’s a good chance that you’ll eat it, and you’ll probably feel pretty good after eating it – until you crash and need more. But what if you could replicate these feel-good effects through other foods?

Well, one study, for example, found that consumption of whey protein (a major protein found in milk) increased serotonin (a feel-good hormone that is associated with mood elevation). Other studies have found a link between exercise and increased serotonin production.

Step 3. Say “no” to fat-free products.

Inline image

Here’s the low down on fat-free foods. Fat gets removed and sugar gets added. This is because manufacturers are selling you on the fact that the product is fat-free, not sugar-free. Major culprits include fat-free salad dressing, cookies, cakes, muffins and peanut butter.

The solution to this? Buy full-fat salad dressings and peanut butter. The monounsaturated fats in them will actually help to increase your overall sense of satisfaction.

Step 4: Improve your sleep habits.

Inline image

A 2013 study found that our circadian sleep cycles have a whole lot more to do with when we reach for a sugary snack late at night. Another study found that when individuals were sleep-deprived, their reward activation centers in the brain were increased, thereby making it more difficult to say no to some candy. The bottom line is this – while diet and exercise help a lot with staying away from sweets, neither of them will be as effective if you don’t get enough sleep.

Step 5: Keep snacks close by.

Inline image

One tactic that seems to work is to keep healthy snacks on hand. Therefore, when you have an urge for a sugary treat, you can distract yourself by taking a few mouthfuls of something healthy. Figure out what your trigger is and have something on hand to distract yourself. It could be an apple, a bag of healthy popcorn, or even string cheese.

6. Chew gum.

Inline image

A 2009 study found that individuals who chewed gum for at least three hours in the afternoon reduced their cravings for sweet snacks. While the study used a sugar-free gum variety, which contains artificial sweeteners, it nonetheless provides an interesting tactic to decrease your sweet cravings.

Step 7: Never forget the benefit to your body.

Inline image
If you remain constantly aware of the damage that sugar is doing to your body, you should be able to convince yourself to stay away from it. Remain focused and never forget that decreasing your sugar intake has benefits well beyond the perfect body.

PURUSHARTHA: Purpose of our Life .

PURUSHARTHA: Purpose of our Life .
To understand the purpose of our life we get nothing looking outside as to where the world is heading to, but should rather look within, as to what we really aspire & achieve. The things that we aspire should satisfy us and make us feel the fulfillment of purpose of our life. Our so called goals are always an end to our small aspirations and never come under the category of satisfying eternally. Modern society has made us blindly follow other people’s aspirations and fall in the rat race and in the end realize that we have been on a meaningless trip, by then it is too late. So let us pause and try to understand what is it that which we really want, what is that attaining which we can fulfill the purpose of life. Let us look within, introspect, & discover. The knowledge of self starts with such fundamental questions. The scriptures do not ask us to blindly follow but only help us conduct this inquiry. This is called the inquiry into Purusharthas of life.
Ancient seers articulated the blueprint for the fulfillment of the objectives of our birth called "Purusharthas" . 'Purusha' means an individual or person, and 'Artha' means meaning or objective or purpose.
As per our ancient Hindu scriptures, Purushartha is classified into four categories.
1. Dharma 2. Artha 3. Kama 4.Moksha.
1. Dharma:
It is quiet ambiguous for a common man to understand the meaning of Dharma. We get always puzzled with our actions as right or wrong to justify in our conscience. A Right thing for some else becomes a wrong action/effect for some others. Is it a complex matter to contemplate? Not at all, Dharma is the principle of co-existence. Our Universe exists from immemorial times based on a strict code of conduct - live & let to live. As per science, the Universe is a mass of energy and the ultimate source of all type of energy for us is the SUN, the pivot or axle our system.
2. Artha:
This is a familiar word for everybody, world is behind the pursuit of Artha means wealth. Amassing the material possessions by adopting the Dharma principles is called Artha. Wealth is for fulfilling our worldly matters and it is inevitable in the part of our life.
3. Kama:
Most of us misunderstand the word ‘ Kama’ as sex or lust. But ‘Kama’ means all type of desires of our life. In spirituality, it is called the flames of our sense organs. The more you feed; the flames of the fire will go high and higher & decimate the body itself. So, restrict the urge of our mind is necessary to upkeep the body for achieving the next important factor of Purushartha- Moksha.
Moksha :
Moksha means complete freedom, relieving from all botherations of our life. Again, the Moksha is categorized into four types:
1. Salokya 2. Sameepya 3. Saroopya 4. Sayoojya.
Scriptures say that Dharma and Moksha are like the river bed to Artha and Kama which are rivers, if the river is breached and flows out of river bed it is disaster.
Salokya..... Means maintaining friendship with the Lord or the Almighty. The friendship can be developed by selfless Karma yoga & performing Yagnyas, Offerings, Sacrifices etc as per the guidelines prescribed in Vedas like, Rajasooya yagnya, Brihaspathi yagnya etc. Salokya rewards you with heavenly life.
Sameepya.... Is reach nearer to the Lord as a humble servant by surrendering everything at the feet of the Almighty. The benefits & losses or happiness & sorrows are considered as the ‘prasad’ of the Lord. This is called the ‘Niskama Bhakthi’ yoga which leads you to ‘Ananya Bhakti chaithanya’. Sameepya ensures absolute security & majestic life of happiness along with omnipresence.
Saroopya.... Makes you a Diety, in other words, you will achieve all qualities of the God i.e. become a demigod. The path to attaining the state of Saroopya is Kriya Yoga or Yoga sadhana.
Sayoojya..... Is the ultimate Moksha that dissolve you in Almighty, like crystals of salts immersed in sea. You lose the identity of self by unifying with the Almighty. This is considered as the superlative degree of all type of Mokshas. The only way of achieving Sayoojya is by Wisdom, i.e Gnyana Yoga.
Accordingly, the human life passes through four different stages:
1. Brahmacharya: to obtain knowledge through education,
2. Grihastha - : to acquire wealth for maintaining family life,
3. Vanasprastha : to retire or relieve from the family responsibilities
4. Sanyasa - : to attain sainthood for achieving ‘Moksha’.
Likewise, our Vedas are also arranged and organized in four different parts as......
1. Samhita,2. Brahmanam, 3. Aranyakam and 4. Upanishad.
Pursuit Of Kama And Artha: Know Your Limits
Few management or psychology students will be unfamiliar with Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, which he proposed in his 1943 paper “A Theory of Human Motivation” in the Psychological Review.
Maslow explained that one has to finish the lower level of needs before moving up. After physiological needs one strives for personal security, emotional security and so on. Then one wants to have intimacy with friends and family and then, ego satisfaction.
After satisfying all the above, comes Self-actualisation which is, essentially, "What a man can be, he must be”. Beyond Self-actualisation is Self-transcendence.
Swami Dayanand Saraswati’s exposition to explain this. Before going into the ancient Indic hierarchy of needs, let us understand some basic concepts mentioned in Vedanta. These are: sadhya, that which is desired; sadhak, one who strives for sadhya; sadhana, practice, the means of achieving sadhya; and siddha, a sadhak who has achieved sadhya.
Another essential concept is Purushartha. In this context, Purush does not stand for a male human. It means the indwelling one, regardless of gender. Purushartha is what is prayed for (arthyate) by Purush; it is what people strive for.
There are four levels of Purushartha: arth, basic security; kama, enjoyment, ego satisfaction; dharma, ethical conduct and attitude; moksha, denoting freedom from all insecurities.
There is one level beyond these four, enlightenment which is fundamentally different from these, since in it, the desire for anything at all – even the desire for moksha -- vanishes.
Though defined expansively as denoting all kinds of security, in terms of this hierarchy, artha is mainly financial and physical security -- what we mean by roti, kapda, makaan – food, shelter, and clothing, that is, basic necessities for survival.
Once basic needs are satisfied, we move up to kama, enjoyment, that also includes ego satisfaction. We listen to music, dance, enjoy sex, read, travel, paint, build empires – all of these are kama-related activities.
Dharma is ingrained in the concept of rising above oneself. One cannot be complete without striving to rise beyond one’s base nature. We have to move from lack of dharma, that is, adharma, towards aspiring to be more than what we seem to be. Vedanta tells us about sadhanas, practices, to achieve dharmic conduct. The objective is to make artha and kama become subservient to dharma.
In our minds, there is a constant background noise – “I want this, I want that”. Some want more money, others, more power. There are those who want both. These pursuits are not bad in themselves. They become ‘bad’ when we undertake them greedily and without dharma. Because if one followed dharma, then one is caring, compassionate and considerate while ensuring artha and enjoying kama without coercion and violence.
Even in dharma, there are some insecurities left – “what will happen to me when I die” is one of these. Moksha is eliminating all insecurities including this one. There are sadhanas in Vedanta which enable the seeker to achieve this sadhya, this goal.
It is clear from these examples that Indic ancient texts clearly describe the hierarchy of needs; they also show us how dharma or the lack of it can modify the intent; it also indicates how we can rise higher in these. We need to include this kind of value-based knowledge in the education system so that future generations grow up with a strong ethical sense that respects the dignity and rights of individuals, communities and societies.

How Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Help Manage Blood Sugar Levels

Diabetes........ How Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Help Manage Blood Sugar Levels....

Curry leaves, popularly known as kadi patta, have long been used to add a distinct flavour to curries and rice dishes. The wonderfully fragrant, tangerine-like flavour of the curry leaf is commonly used in south Indian delicacies. Curry leaf is also a standard remedy in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. While it is known to manage health conditions like heart diseases, infections and inflammation, it is said to manage diabetes too. Loaded with antioxidants like beta-carotene and vitamin C, curry leaves have the ability to keep most diseases at bay, especially type-2 diabetes and heart diseases. So, what is it that makes curry leaf an excellent herbal remedy for managing diabetes and how to use it to stabilise blood sugar levels.
According to the book, 'Healing Spices' by Dr. Bharat B. Aggarwal, researchers at Tang Center for Herbal Medicine Research at the University of Chicago used curry leaf to reduce levels of high blood sugar by 45 percent. Curry leaf may help in improving the management of type-2 diabetes. Here is how it helps stabilise blood glucose and manage diabetes efficiently.
Curry leaf contains antioxidants like vitamin, beta-carotene and carbazole alkaloids that are said to hinder a range of diseases linked to oxidative damage from free radicals, of which type-2 diabetes tops the list.Curry leaf is said to be rich in fibre content. Fibre is responsible for slowing down digestion and does not metabolise quickly, which keeps your blood sugars in check.Curry leaf tends to boost your insulin activity and when the body is enabled to use insulin properly, blood sugar levels get stabilised.
According to the study published in DiePharmazie - an International Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences - the anti-hyperglycemic properties of the leaves were shown to be effective controlling blood glucose levels in diabetic rats.
It has compounds that slow down the rate of starch-to-glucose breakdown in people with diabetes. Curry leaves can control the amount of glucose entering the bloodstream.
You can eat eight to 10 fresh curry leaves first thing in the morning, or you could juice the leaves and drink it every morning. Add them to curries, rice dishes and salads to enjoy their goodness.

Immense Power of Your Subconscious Mind............So Great & Amazing!!!!!!

Good Evening My Dear Friends.....&.....Realise the.........

Immense Power of Your Subconscious Mind............So Great & Amazing!!!!!!
The treasure house is within you. Look within for the answer to your heart’s desire. The great secret possessed by the great men of all ages was their ability to contact and release the powers of their subconscious mind. You too can do the same.
Your subconscious has the answer to all problems. If you suggest to your subconscious prior to sleep, “I want to get up at 6 A.M.”, it will awaken you at the exact time.Your subconscious mind is the builder of your body and can heal you. Lull yourself to sleep every night with the idea of perfect health, and your subconscious being your faithful servant, will obey you.
Know & Realise that......Every thought is a cause, and every condition is an effect.
If you want to write a book, write a wonderful play, give a better talk to your audience, convey the idea lovingly and feelingly to your subconscious mind and it will respond accordingly. You are like a captain navigating a ship. He or she must give the right orders, or the ship is wrecked. In the same way, you must give the right orders (thoughts and images) to your subconscious mind, which controls and governs all your experiences.
Never use such expressions as “I can't afford it” or “I can't do this”. Your subconscious mind takes you at your word. It sees to it that you do not have the money or the ability to do what you want to do.
The law of life is the law of belief. A belief is a thought in your mind. Do not believe in things that will harm or hurt you. Believe in the power of your subconscious to heal, inspire, strengthen and prosper you. According to your belief it is done to you.
Change your thoughts, and you change your destiny........
Think good and good follows. Think evil and evil follows. You are what you think all day long.
Your subconscious mind does not argue with you. It accepts what your conscious mind decrees. If you say, “I can't afford it,” your subconscious works to make it true. Select a better thought. Decree, “I will buy it. I accept it in my mind.”
You have the power to choose. Choose health and happiness. You can choose to be friendly, or you can choose to be unfriendly. Choose to be cooperative, joyous, friendly, lovable, and the whole world will respond. This is the best way to develop a wonderful personality.
Your conscious mind is the “watchman at the gate.” Its chief function is to protect your subconscious mind from false impressions. Choose to believe that something good can happen and is happening now. Your greatest power is your capacity to choose. Choose happiness and abundance.
The suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt you. The only power is the movement of your own thought. You can choose to reject the thoughts or statements of others and affirm the good. You have the power to choose how you will react.
Watch what you say. You have to account for every idle word. Never say, “I will fail; I will lose my job; I can't pay the rent.”etc.
Your mind is not evil. No force of nature is evil. It depends how you use the powers of nature. Use your mind to bless, heal, and inspire all the people you see around.
Begin to think from the standpoint of the eternal truths and principles of life and not from the standpoint of fear, ignorance and superstition. Do not let others do your thinking for you. Choose your own thoughts and make your own decisions.
You are the captain of your soul (subconscious mind) and the master of your fate. Remember, you have the capacity to choose. Choose life! Choose love! Choose health! Choose happiness!......&.......Whatever your conscious mind assumes and believes to be true, your subconscious mind will accept and bring to pass.
Believe in good fortune.... Divine guidance.... Right action and above all the blessing of Zarthushtra's.**
May Good Thoughts... Good Words.... and..... Good Deeds be your assets..............Enjoy a superb supper followed by a peaceful slumber........GOOD NIGHT......JK

India..... Death by Demonetization: “Financial Genocide”, The Crime of the Century

A Financial genocide, if there was ever one. Death by demonetization, probably killing hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people, through famine, disease, even desperation and suicide – because most of India’s money was declared invalid. The official weak reason for this purposefully manufactured human disaster is fighting counterfeiting. What a flagrant lie! The real cause is of course – you guessed it – an order from Washington.

On 8 November, Narendra Modi, the Indian Prime Minister, brutally declared all 500 (US$ 7) and 1,000 rupee-notes invalid, unless exchanged or deposited in a bank or post office account until 31 December 2016. After this date, all unexchanged ‘old’ money is invalid – lost. Barely half of Indians have bank accounts.

The final goal is speedy global demonetization. India is a test case – a huge one, covering 1.3 billion people. If it works in India, it works throughout the developing world. That’s the evil thought behind it. “Tests” are already running in Europe.

The Nordic countries, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, are moving rapidly towards cashless societies. Electronic money, instead of cash, allows the hegemon to control the entire western world, all those who are enslaved to the dollar monetary system. Meaning literally everybody outside the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) that includes, China, Russia, most of Central Asia, Iran, Pakistan and – yes, India is an apparent candidate to join the SCO alliance.

There was no limit set in rupee amounts that were allowed to be deposited in bank or postal accounts. But exchanges or withdrawals were limited the first two days to 2,000 rupees, later to 4,000 rupees, with promises to further increases ‘later on’. The restrictions have to do with limited new bank notes available. The new money is issued in denominations of 500 and 2,000 rupee-notes.

On 9 November, none of the country’s ATM machines were functioning. Withdrawing money was possible only from banks. Queues behind bank counters were endless – lasting hours and in some cases days. Often times, once at the teller, the bank was out of cash. Imagine the millions, perhaps billions of labor hours – production time and wages – lost – lost mostly by the poor.

The banned bank notes constitute about 85% in value of all cash in circulation. India is a cash society. About 97% of all transactions are carried out in cash. Only slightly more than half the Indian population has bank accounts; and only about half of them have been used in the last three months. Credit or debit cards are extremely scarce – basically limited to the ‘creditworthy’ elite.

In rural areas, where most of the poor live, banks are scarce or none existent. The poor and poorest of the poor, again – as usual – are those who suffer most. Hundreds of thousands of them have lost almost all they have and will be unable to fend for their families, buying food and medication.

According to most media reports, Modi’s demonetization was an arbitrary decision. Be sure, there is nothing arbitrary behind this decision. As reported on 1 January 2017 by German investigative business journalist, Norbert Haering, in his blog, “Money and More”, this move was well prepared and financed by Washington through USAID ().

Mr. Modi didn’t even bother presenting the idea to the Parliament for debate.

In November 2010 President Obama declared with then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, a Strategic Partnership with India. It was to become one of his foreign policy priorities which was renewed during Obama’s visit to India in January 2015 with the current PM Modi (image right). The purpose of this partnership was not just to pull one of the most populous BRICS countries out of the Russia-China orbit, but also to use it as a test case for global demonetization. Mind you, the orders came from way above Obama, from the omni-potent, but hardly visible Rothschild-Rockefeller – Morgan – et al, all-domineering bankster cartel.

This horrendous crime that may cost millions of lives, was the dictate of Washington. A cooperation agreement, also called an “anti-cash partnership”, between the US development agency (sic), USAID, with the Indian Ministry of Finance, was worked out. One of their declared ‘common objectives’ was gradually eliminating the use of cash by replacing it with digital or virtual money.

It takes two to tango. The PM of the second largest nation in the world, one would expect, would have a say in the extent to which a foreign country may interfere in India’s sovereign internal affairs, i.e. her monetary policies – especially a foreign country that is known to seek only Full Spectrum Dominance of the globe, its resources and its people. The head of India, a prominent BRICS country (BRICS = Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), one would expect, could have sent the naked emperor to climb a tree – and say NO to this horrendous criminal request. But Modi did not.

Is India with PM Modi still a viable BRICS country? Or more importantly, India is currently poised to become a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Is India under Modi worthy of being admitted into this powerful Asian economic and military block, the only authoritative counterbalance to the west? – At this point, putting hundreds of millions of his countrymen at peril by obeying Washington’s nefarious dictate, Modi looks more like a miserable traitor than a partner of the New East.

USAID calls this operation “Catalyst”

Inclusive Cashless Payment Partnership“. Its purpose is “effecting a quantum leap in cashless payment in India” – and of course, eventually around the globe. According to the Indian Economic Times, this program had been stealthily financed by USAID over the past three years. Funding amounts are kept secret. Who knows, where else in the world Catalyst is quietly funding and preparing other human financial disasters.

All fits into the Big Scheme of things: Reducing the world population, so less resources are needed to maintain 7.4 billion people – and growing – many of them finite resources that can be used by a small elite, supported by a few million slaves. This is the world according to still ticking war criminal numero UNO, Henry Kissinger. Forcefully reducing the world population is his one big objective since just after WWII, when he became a key member of the Rockefeller sponsored Bilderberg Society.

Some of the same people are currently spreading neo-fascist mantras around the world, at the infamous WEF (World Economic Forum) in Davos, Switzerland (17-20 January 2017). WEF attendees (by invitation only) are a mixed bag of elitist ‘private’ billionaires, corporate CEOs (only corporations registering at least US$ 5 billion in sales), high-flying politicians, Hollywood’s cream of the crop, and more of the kind. Pretty much the same definition applies to the Bilderbergers.

Like with the Bilderbergers, the key topics discussed at the WEF, those themes that are supposed to guide the world further and faster towards the New (One) World Order, are discussed behind closed doors and will hardly surface into the mainstream. It is, however, highly likely that the “Cashless India” decision – a trial for the rest of the world – had previously been discussed and ‘ratified’ by the WEF, as well as the Bilderbergers. None of this is known to the common people, and least to the Indians.

All-out efforts are under way to maintain highly lucrative disaster capitalism, or at least to slow down its decline – because its end is in sight. It’s just a question of time. Hence, the term Catalyst (accelerator) for the USAID program is well chosen. Time is running out. One of the best ways of controlling populations and unbending politicians is through financial strangleholds. That’s what a cashless society is all about.

According to Badal Malick, former Vice President of India’s most important online marketplace Snapdeal, later appointed as CEO of Catalyst:

“Catalyst’s mission is to solve multiple coordination problems that have blocked the penetration of digital payments among merchants and low-income consumers. We look forward to creating a sustainable and replicable model. (…) While there has been (…) a concerted push for digital payments by the government, there is still a last mile gap when it comes to merchant acceptance and coordination issues. We want to bring a holistic ecosystem approach to these problems.“

This is further supported by Jonathan Addleton, USAID Mission Director to India:

“India is at the forefront of global efforts to digitize economies and create new economic opportunities that extend to hard-to-reach populations. Catalyst will support these efforts by focusing on the challenge of making everyday purchases cashless.”

What an outright heap of bovine manure!

Those who are supporting the Catalyst idea in India – and presumably elsewhere in the world, are, as per an USAID Beyond-Cash report, more than 35 Indian, American and international organizations (http://cashlesscatalyst.org/), mostly IT and payment service providers, including the Better Than Cash Alliance, the Gates Foundation (Microsoft), Omidyar Network (eBay), the Dell Foundation Mastercard, Visa, Metlife Foundation. All of them want to make money from digital payments – another transfer from the poor to the rich – another catalyst for widening the rich-poor gab – worldwide.
