LESSON TO LEARN FROM A ANT.............A VERY NICE STORY FOR GOOD REALIZATION.

LESSON TO LEARN FROM A ANT.............A VERY NICE STORY FOR GOOD REALIZATION.
One morning, a wealthy man sat in his balcony enjoying sunshine and his coffee when a little ant caught his eye which was going from one side to the other side of the balcony carrying a big leaf several times more than its size. The man watched it for more than an hour. He saw that the ant faced many obstacles during its journey, paused, took a diversion and then continued towards destination.
At one point the tiny creature came across a crack in the floor. It paused for a little while, analyzed and then laid the huge leaf over the crack, walked over the leaf, picked the leaf on the other side then continued its journey.
The man was captivated by the cleverness of the ant, one of God’s tiniest creatures. The incident left the man in awe and forced him to contemplate over the miracle of Creation. It showed the Greatness of the Creator. In front of his eyes there was this tiny creature of God, lacking in size yet equipped with a brain to analyze, contemplate, reason, explore, discover and overcome.
A while later the man saw that the creature had reached its destination – a tiny hole in the floor which was entrance to its underground dwelling. And it was at this point that the ant’s shortcoming that it shared with the man was revealed.
How could the ant carry into the tiny hole the large leaf that it had managed to carefully bring to the destination? It simply couldn't!
So the tiny creature, after all the painstaking and hard work and exercising great skills, overcoming all the difficulties along the way, just left behind the large leaf and went home empty-handed.
The ant had not thought about the end before it began its challenging journey and in the end the large leaf was nothing more than a burden to it. The creature had no option, but to leave it behind to reach its destination. The man learned a great lesson that day.
That is the truth about our lives too.
We worry about our family, we worry about our job, we worry about how to earn more money, we worry about where we should live, what kind of vehicle to buy, what kind of dresses to wear, what gadgets to upgrade......
only to abandon all these things when we reach our destination –
The Grave.
We don’t realize in our life’s journey that these are just burdens that we are carrying with utmost care and......................... fear of losing them, only to find that at the end they are useless and we can’t take them with us.....

GREAT GIFT OF GOD FOR HUMANITY'S EXISTENCE.......

GREAT GIFT OF GOD FOR HUMANITY'S EXISTENCE.......

In one day a human being breathes oxygen equivalent to 3 cylinders. Each oxygen cylinder on
an average costs Rs 700, so in a day one uses Oxygen worth Rs 2100 and for a full year it is
Rs 7,66,500. If we consider an average life span of 65 years; the costs of oxygen we use
become a staggering sum of around Rs 5 Cr.. All this oxygen is derived free of cost from the
surrounding trees. Very few people look at trees as a resource oxygen and there is rampart tree
cutting going on everywhere and this must be stopped in the interest of our
existence..............PRESERVE & NURTURE TREES and there by SAVE

Make time.......&............... Take Time...................

Make time.......&............... Take Time...................
Every minute spent worrying about ‘the way things were’ is a moment stolen from creating ‘the way things can be'.
Make… At least Two Persons Happy In a Day.. But Make sure One of Them Is "YOU" YOURSELF.
Make time.......&.................. Take Time
Make time and take time to create the moments you need for silence. To create a time of silence takes just a second.
A second is a drop of time … a drop of time through which you step to renew yourself deep inside. So you stop, for a second, and say to yourself, “Now you shall go inside.” In the space of a second, you pass beyond all the muddle and find yourself in your original state of peace.

Three cravings that are signs of Health Related Problems

Three cravings that are signs of Health Related Problems.................Please read and understand..............

We have all been there: That moment when you just need to have a burger or a milkshake, or a pack of potato chips and nothing else on earth will do.
But why exactly do we have food cravings? And what do they mean?
First, let's clear up a big myth. It's a popular belief that cravings are the result of nutritional shortfalls. Chocolate cravings are often blamed on low levels of magnesium, for example. But most experts say there's just not enough research to support this idea.
"There is very little science-based evidence on food cravings linked to nutritional deficiencies," said Sharon Palmer, RDN, author of The Plant-Powered Life. "And if food cravings were related to something you need, then wouldn't you be craving kale or apples, not ice cream and French fries? Instead, people tend to crave foods that are rich in fats, carbs, and sugar."
Especially sugar, according to a new study. Even the popular chocolate theory falls pretty flat when you find out that an ounce of dried pumpkin seeds has more than twice the magnesium of an ounce of chocolate. But you don't see anyone hankering for pumpkin seeds. Plus, one study found that, even on a nutritionally complete diet, people still get cravings.
This doesn't mean that food cravings are not real. It is just that your hankering for pizza is probably linked to emotional needs—seeking a comfort food that releases feel-good chemicals in the brain during a time of stress, for example—not nutritional ones.Other studies show that cravings can crop up simply because you're on a restrictive or monotonous diet and want what you can't have. That said, there are some cravings that really do signal health problems. Here are three to look out for:
Craving: Water
Could be: Diabetes
Excessive thirst is an early symptom of diabetes—but this is not just the craving for water that hits when you finish a workout. This is far more pronounced thirst that's also typically coupled with excessive urination. If you have diabetes, extra sugar builds up in the blood, and your kidneys have to work extra hard to filter and absorb that sugar. But sometimes they can't keep up, so the extra sweet stuff is diverted into the urine. This means frequent pee breaks, which in turn leave you thirsty for more water.
Craving: Salt
Could be: Addison's disease
We don't crave salt because we need more of it—in fact, most Americans are getting more than enough salt from their diets. (The only exception? Endurance athletes who can lose too much salt by sweating profusely.) For the rest of us, intense salt cravings could point to Addison's disease, in which the adrenal glands (the ones that sit on top of the kidneys) don't produce enough hormones. And these hormones are important: They include cortisol, which helps the body respond to stress, and aldosterone, which keeps blood pressure balanced. Left untreated, Addison's disease can make your blood pressure drop dangerously low—so see a doctor if you have a new, persistent, excessive craving for salty foods, especially if you're experiencing any of the other Addison's disease symptoms.
Craving: Ice
Could be: Iron deficiency
Craving things with no nutritional value—ice, paper, clay, dirt—is a phenomenon known as pica.  And although these cravings are not totally well understood by scientists, some studies have linked the desires with an insufficient supply of iron. One recent paper in Medical Hypotheses suggests that compulsive ice chewing increases blood flow to the brain, combating the sluggishness caused by an iron deficiency.

REMEMBER................... THE BEST IS YET TO COME

No one in this world is pure and perfect.Yet If you avoid people for their mistakes, you will be alone in this world........Therefore judge less and love more. And When you start looking at people’s heart instead of their face, life becomes clear.Always remember that your present situation is not your final destination.....Remember The best and The Best are  yet to come. When other people treat you poorly and hurt, smile  and walk away,  and keep being YOU. Don’t ever let someone else’s bitterness change the person you are................&......Before we can know God and understand his great plan it is first necessary for us to believe that he exists and that he rewards all who diligently seek him.......&......  How different would our ideals of beauty be...........If only our eyes saw souls instead of bodies........Have a NICE DAY with your family .......Its your JK
