Inflammation causes most diseases – Eat nuts to prevent inflammation......

Researchers have now found that consuming nuts regularly can bring down the biomarkers causing inflammation.
Ying Bao of Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston states that the protective role nuts play against cardiometabolic disorders like Type2 diabetes and cardiovascular ailments have consistently been supported by studies and the role of inflammation in causing these diseases is already known. Inner eco-system

We have already known that the Standard American Diet (aptly abbreviated as SAD) comprises of processed foods and excess of sugar. We have come to depend on more on antibiotics and other drugs which in turn weaken our immunity. The digestive system is where health begins, and we are doing enough to compromise the efficiency of the digestive system and the inner eco-system.

Enemies of the digestive system promote inflammation

Worst enemies of the digestive system today are poor dietary habits and stress. Together, they kill the good bacteria or microflora setting the stage for diseases to flourish. Junk foods that we eat nearly every day are seriously impacting our digestive system promoting inflammation and triggering serious illnesses.

Television media has an axe to grind

The television media works overtime to convince us that all the problems can be overcome by popping a few popular pills. But, it is your health and well-being that is at risk. Take heart and help your digestive system work at its optimal best for your own good. Let there be more beneficial bacteria to assimilate nutrients, enhance immunity and digest food.
